ADSS: General Information
To start, ADSS is a broker that was established in 2010 in the United Arab Emirates. With a team of local experts and global specialists, the broker prioritizes communication in both English and Arabic, followed by a handful of languages including Turkish, Urdu, Hindi, and French.
They are regulated by the SCA in the UAE, and they have an ongoing partnership with the Central Bank of the UAE to provide local traders with added-value experiences and offers such as account sign-up with UAE Pass and account funding with UAEPGS.

Platform Overview
ADSS offers two trading platforms for their demo and live account holders.
MT4 is their first option. Most traders know and have traded on MT4. ADSS’s partnership offers advanced and customizable charting and the opportunity for automated trading. There is also the accessibility of trading signals and Expert Advisor (EA) plugins. Traders can participate in trading on MT4 in 22 different languages.
One good thing I like about trading on MT4 is the deep liquidity that is provided. ADSS is a multi-asset liquidity provider and pricing aggregator across forex and CFD products, so there are truly low spreads and prices that they manage to offer. There is also in-platform access to trading tools, such as their economic calendar and earnings calendar, which I appreciate.
Note that they do not offer crypto CFD trading on MT4, just on their proprietary platform. This may pose a problem for those who wish to diversify their portfolios while trading on MT4, but so far that has not been a huge problem for me to switch over to use the ADSS platform, which has been easy to get used to and trade on.
The ADSS platform is also a good option – particularly for those who may be newer to the markets. Those who wish to trade on the ADSS platform will find that it has a clean and sleek interface, with minimal modules that can distract or overwhelm. The clean design is equally customizable, and there are dynamic features such as personalized Market Watchlists and Recently Viewed lists of instruments.
The ADSS platform provides a range of charting tools, including drawing tools that come in a few colors for easy differentiation. There are also multiple timeframes and charting views afforded, and traders can find their historical and present orders neatly in one module, with details on positions, losses, and gains.
Account Types Review
ADSS offers 1 demo account and 3 types of live accounts that start with different minimum deposit requirements, from 100 USD for retail traders to 250,000 USD for professional or institutional traders.
Demo account
The ADSS demo account is ideal for both beginners and experienced traders who are switching over from other platforms or another broker. The demo platform provides access to nearly all of ADSS’s instruments, and traders can participate in paper trading with no risk to their capital. Traders can participate in CFD trading on stocks, indices, commodities, currencies, and cryptocurrencies and find opportunities in the markets while honing their trading skills.
The demo account does come with 50,000 USD worth of virtual funds, and this can be reset anytime. Traders can also experience live spreads and prices, and the demo account is available on mobile, tablet, and on desktop. The demo lasts for 90 days.
Live accounts
Traders can switch to a live account seamlessly from demo. ADSS offers three tiers of live trading accounts. They vary in terms of minimum deposit requirement and features and functionalities. Fees differ as well, with higher tier accounts accessing lower spreads.
The entry-level Classic account requires a minimum $100 deposit and provides clients access to competitive spreads, leverage up to 500:1, and around-the-clock customer support. Its educational resources, ranging from webinars and seminars to blogs and video tutorials, make it an excellent starting point.
For those seeking a more advanced solution, the Elite account demands $100,000 and builds on Classic features through 25% lower spreads. Dedicated senior management and invitations to private Elite events enhance support.
Traders implementing complex strategies stand to benefit most from the Pro account’s $100,000 minimum deposit. Ultra-tight spreads are complemented by an allotted dedicated account manager and personal sales trader aimed at facilitatingambitious goals.
Asset Offerings Analysis
ADSS offers a range of products, including spot forex and CFDs on commodities, indices, currencies, cryptocurrencies, and equities. They do not take commissions on trades on MT4 or on their ADSS trading platform, and they really do have low spreads on forex especially, beginning from 0.0 pips.
From experience, their prices fluctuate throughout the trading day, which is normal and in line with other brokers and industry norms. Regardless, they consistently provide competitive pricing. Leverage of 500:1 on FX is available, 200:1 on selected commodity CFDs, and 333:1 on index CFDs. Equity CFDs have leverage of up to 20:1, and crypto CFDs 4:1.
Customer Service Evaluation
ADSS has a multilingual customer support team that I have found to respond fairly quickly. They are knowledgeable in operations and in the financial markets, and they provide multi-lingual services in Hindi, French, English, Arabic, Turkish, and Urdu. They are available 24/5, and they have helped me with market-related enquiries as well as trading-related issues when I was starting out trading on the ADSS proprietary platform.
Other services that ADSS says they provide – that I have not personally used – include help with issues related to the account, issues related to deposits and withdrawals, advice on non-trading-specific enquiries, technical research and market sentiment, and general queries. This is a large scope that they cover, keeping in mind that they are an execution-only broker and they do not offer financial advice.
Educational Resources Assessment
ADSS provides research and educational resources. The former is produced in-house by their analysis team, while the latter consists of a mix of in-house articles and videos and webinars from their partnerships.
From what I have seen, they provide a Daily Outlook type of resource, which covers news and analysis of the financial markets with some commentary from their analysts. While they, again, are not allowed to give financial advice and do not, the commentary can prove to be useful for those who are looking to find new opportunities in the markets.
There is a good range of educational articles in their learn hub. I believe they are working on adding more articles over the coming year in 2024. Currently, their resources are available in both English and Arabic, which is a good feature for a broker native to the UAE. They also provide a comprehensive trading glossary in both languages for fast and convenient look-up of unfamiliar terms and concepts.

Final Verdict
The ADSS trading platform combined with its robust customer support presents a comprehensive solution for traders. The platform provides powerful charting, technical indicators and filtering tools across multiple asset classes through both proprietary and MetaTrader interfaces. Its consistent experience on desktop and mobile adds flexibility. ADSS aims to serve both novice and experienced traders through simple yet advanced tools on a full-featured platform.
Beyond the technological offerings, ADSS supports its clients with multilingual customer support available 24/5. The dedicated team can assist with trading, deposits, withdrawals and general account queries in several important languages including English, Arabic, French, Hindi, Turkish and more. This wide language coverage ensures traders across diverse regions and experience levels receive timely assistance.
For those seeking a well-established and truly multi-asset broker with low minimum deposits and access to CFD and derivative opportunities, ADSS deserves strong consideration. Its unified platform and customer service capabilities suggest ADSS can adequately meet traders’ varying needs at each step of their journey in the markets.
