4. Sign PDFs In The Mail App
Today, most documents are filed digitally. Thus, it’s crucial to know how to sign documents like PDFs digitally.
First of all, capture your signature and reuse it in your PDFs. You can capture your signature with your mouse, camera, or trackpad.
- Open the Preview App.
- If the Markup toolbar isn’t showing, click on the Show Markup Toolbar button.
- Then, click on the “Sign” button.
- Create and save your signature.
- Add your signature to the PDF.
5. Use An Emoji Keyboard
To access the emoji keyboard on your Mac, simply press CMD + Control + Spacebar. Know that it doesn’t work in every text field. But you can use it while sending texts or emails. If the emoji you choose doesn’t work, it will appear as a triangle.
